Responsible Body: CoastCap Group GmbH & Co. KG, Mariahilfer Straße 17/5, 1060 Vienna (“CoastCap Group”), is the responsible body for data processing on the Website and decides alone or jointly with others on the purposes and means of processing data.

Personal Data
: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Usage Data
: Any information that is collected automatically when using the Website. Usage Data may include information such as your device’s internet protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of the Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other diagnostic data or information your browser sends whenever you visit the Website.

2. General Information about the Policy

The Policy describes CoastCap Group’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data and Usage Data when you visit the Website and informs you about your privacy rights.

CoastCap Group reserves the right to update the Policy at any time. The date of the most recent update may be seen in the first row of the Policy.

You are advised to review the Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are updated on this page. We will take reasonable efforts to inform you of such updates as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Data Processing Principles

CoastCap Group aims to protect your Personal Data. When receiving and/or processing your Personal Data, we commit ourselves to observe applicable data protection regulations, in particular, the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

We process your Personal Data only if and to the extent as you have given your consent or it is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, to fulfill legal obligations or to protect the legitimate interests of CoastCap Group.

Some data processing operations are only permissible with your express authorization. You may revoke your prior authorization at any time. An informal e-mail notification is sufficient for the revocation of your prior authorization. The permissibility of the data processing carried out before the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

You may use the Website without having to disclose your Personal Data.

We only record Usage Data provided by your internet provider. Usage Data is saved during the time of your visit and analyzed solely for statistical purposes under strict protection of anonymity.

The Website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the Website based on Usage Data. 4. Website Hosting

The Website is hosted by an external service provider 1&1 Telecom GmbH (“Hoster”).

The Hoster is used for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online content by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in your device (e.g. device fingerprinting). You may revoke the consent at any time.

The Hoster will process your data only insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of its service obligations and follow our instructions with regard to this data.

5. SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us as the site operator, the Website uses an SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data that you transmit via the Website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the “https: //” address line of your browser and by the lock symbol in the browser line.

6. Google Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider of the web analysis service is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses “cookies”. These are small text files that your web browser saves on your device and that enable website usage to be analyzed. Information generated by cookies about your use of our website are transmitted to a Google server and stored there. The server location is usually the USA.

Google Analytics cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit.f GDPR. As the operator of this website, CoastCap Group has a legitimate interest in analyzing user behavior in order to optimize the Website and, if necessary, advertising.

7. IP anonymization

We use Google Analytics in conjunction with the IP anonymization function. It ensures that Google uses your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area shortens before it is sent to the USA. There may be exceptional cases in which Google transmits the full IP address to a server in the USA and abbreviates it there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to monitor your use of the Website and to create reports on website activities and to provide us with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. There is no merging of those transmitted by Google Analytics IP address with other data from Google instead.

8. Browser plug-in

The setting of cookies by your web browser can be prevented. However, this could limit some functions of our website. You can also record data relating to your website usage including your IP address to prevent subsequent processing by Google. 10. Demographic characteristics in Google Analytics

The Website uses the “demographic characteristics” function of Google Analytics. It can be used to create reports that contain statements on the age, gender and interests of the site visitors. It is not possible to assign the data to a specific person. You can deactivate this function at any time. You can do this via the ad settings in your Google account or by generally prohibiting the collection of your data by Google Analytics, as explained in the section “objection to data collection”.

11. Right to complain

As a data subject, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the event of a breach of data protection law.

12. Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to third parties. It is provided in a machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only be done if it is technically feasible.

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, the origin of the data, their recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, the right to correct, block or delete this data at any time within the framework of the applicable legal provisions. The Website may contain links to other websites that are not operated by CoastCap Group (“Third Party Link”). If you click on a Third Party Link, you will be directed to another website which is not subject to this Policy. CoastCap has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any of those websites other than the Website.
